It's not the best picture but Chelsea Clinton was strolling Church Street this morning and paused right in front of Sweet Lady Jane. Just to let you know, today was the coldest week day on record for Vermont. It was minus (yes- minus) 12 this morning. Despite the frigid temperatures, Chelsea looked very stylish and was very pretty in person.
